Papaya Fig & Coconut Salad

Here’s to a sweet summer treat: an exotic fruit salad that uses this season’s best.

Serves 6


  • 1 medium papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 8 fresh figs, quartered
  • 1 cup large flake coconut
  • 3 limes, halved, for garnish and flavor


  1. Combine fruit in a bowl and toss gently.
  2. Serve with lime halves.
